The most powerful cluster for AI research in the Czech Republic

At the press conference on April 16, 2019, Research center for informatics (RCI) revealed its plans for the next years and presented the most powerful cluster for AI research that is currently available in the Czech Republic.

RCI is the centre of scientific excellence in computer science and artificial intelligence that boosts and integrates internationally competitive research conducted at Czech Technical University. It is a joint activity of two faculties - Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Faculty of Information Technology.

The goal of RCI is to foster collaboration 1. between the experts in different fields of computer science, 2. between fundamental scientists and application-driven researchers, but chiefly 3. between the experienced, internationally recognised, senior scientists and graduate students, postdocs and young assistant professors.
